Job Description:

• $1,000 - $10,000 / month

Job Requirements:

• Must-haves

• 3+ years of experience in a community manager, marketing, or external communications role in web3

• Demonstrated ability to lead communities and convey messages in a manner that is inspiring, energizing, and entertaining.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to take ownership and operate autonomously, with little to no supervision/direction

• Ability to build something from nothing and excited about the challenge of creating vibrant communities for Orb Labs

• Demonstrated ability to take light direction and rapidly convert into messages to be relayed to communities

• Passion for building, a bias for action, and are excited by uncertainty

• Nice-to-haves

• Startup experience
