About The Team

KnownOrigin.io is an early web3 pioneer, an NFT marketplace empowering a new generation of digital artists to express themselves, find an audience and earn a living from their passion.

This role will report directly into one of the co-founders and work with a range of cross functional teams, including our Ambassador & Support Team, Marketing, Tech Integrations, group functions from finance to legal plus a range of external partners, vendors & agencies. Based in the heart of Manchester, this hybrid role will play a key role in the growth of KO.

What You Will Be Working On

Defining the most effective strategy across established and emerging social platforms and owned touchpoints to recruit and engage community members

Manage a small team of support officers and identify support issues

Triage and priorities issue raised by our community and support team

Deploying various digital tactics to increase awareness, drive traffic to social media touchpoints, and encourage potential customers to engage in Discord channels

Being the guardian of our voice as a brand, as expressed through our team members, mods and ambassadors

Overseeing and approving the publication of planned and reactive communication in community channels

Driving engagement frequency and depth in community channels through the establishment of rituals and rhythms

What We Are Looking For

Ideally 10 years of relevant working experience in Marketing / Communication and project management in a cross functional set up (ideally 3 years in a Digital and/or Commercial area)

University degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Master degree preferred)

Community Management experience at ecommerce , marketplace app, a gaming company or a large community using Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Medium

Experience in growing and fostering a healthy online community

Expert writing skills to cultivate and manage an active community

Preferable working experience in the arts or creative industry
