待遇：20000 - 40000 人民币/月

主要职责：

• 与市场、技术、运营和社区团队协同合作，制定全球的业务拓展战略。
• 制定并执行与Web3领域其他团队的合作伙伴关系的计划，通过与其他团队的合作拓展DODO 的应用场景和生态，或创造新的收入来源。
• 积极参与全球各类大会、Meetup，建立广泛的人脉和资源，并适时组织活动，提高DODO的知名度。
• 在全球多个地区接触当地资源或KOL，发展本地市场。

基本要求：

• 对 Web3 和 DeFi 有深刻的理解。
• 在业务拓展或相关领域拥有至少2年的经验。
• 拥有出色的沟通和人际交往能力。
• 自带资源以及base在海外会优先考虑。
• 英语可做工作语言

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the marketing, technology, operations, and community teams to formulate a global business development strategy.
• Develop and execute plans for partnerships with other teams in the Web3 space, expanding DODO's use cases and ecosystem through collaborations or creating new revenue streams.
• Actively participate in global conferences, Meetups, establish a wide network, and organize events to enhance DODO's visibility.
• Engage with local resources or KOLs in various regions globally to develop local markets.

Job Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Web3 and DeFi.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Existing resources will be considered a plus.
