Requirements

• Proficiency in Rust or C/C++ and have experience building system level, performance critical software
• Deep understanding of BFT based consensus protocols
• Solid understanding of basic cryptographic primitives blockchains uses, such as public key signature, cryptographic hash functions, encryptions
• Passionate about building Web3 infrastructure
• Extreme ownership mentality - ability to take extreme ownership and full responsibility of tasks and projects
• Able to provide valuable feedback and input during meetings

Good to Have

• Previous experience in the blockchain industry, particularly around the Cosmos ecosystem
• Experience in developing in Cosmos SDK blockchain framework
• White hat hacking track records
