Position Summary
We are seeking a talented Smart Contract Developer to join our team and help us build out exciting smart contract-based solutions in complement to our custody platform. The ideal candidate will as a minimum have solid experience in developing smart contracts using Solidity and knowledge of EVM contracts in general. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on various EVM blockchains;
- Upgrade and enhance existing contracts to cater for evolving business requirements;
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smart contracts behave in harmony with our products and solutions;
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure their quality and reliability;
- Implement security measures to protect smart contracts from potential attacks;
- Stay current with the latest trends and developments in smart contract technology and make recommendations for improvements to our platform.
- Prior experience deploying smart contract systems on EVM-compatible chains;
- At least 2 years of experience in developing smart contracts using Solidity and related tools, such as Hardhat or Truffle;
- Experience with either Web3.js or the Ethers.js library
- In-depth understanding of the blockchain transaction lifecycle
- Solid understanding of EVM contracts and Ethereum blockchain architecture;
- Familiarity with security practices for smart contracts, common vulnerabilities, and how to mitigate them;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Passion, dedicated and strong sense of ownership for own deliverables;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and a business sense to be able to understand the use case of the client
