Job Description (merchants mainly)


  • Processing P2P and OTC orders (merchants mainly: Telegram, Zalo group, channel users to buy coins group);
  • Process P2P Order Appeal (assist merchants to formulate email content and send it to online Customer Service);
  • Remind merchants to P2P orders;
  • Record P2P and OTC unprocessed orders to company system;
  • Monitor whether merchant advertisements meet order requirements;
  • Assist users requests the reasons for not being able to place an order.


Job Requirements


  • Have experiences of customer service fields (in crypto field is a plus);
  • Have callcentre or online customer service experience;
  • Professional in Chinese, English and Vietnam-ese;
  • Willing to work shifts (Total 3 shifts) - About 10 nights shift/month.
