About the job


As a Protocol Labs Recruiting team member, you will work closely with our internal PL and network companies to identify, nurture and recruit strong candidates from various channels. We work in a remote environment and seek a recruiter based in Europe who is a self-starter, a great communicator, personable, professional, and upbeat! We're obsessive about candidate experience and aim to treat every candidate we engage with as a community member, regardless of the outcome.


At Protocol Labs, we work at the intersection of many exciting fields, including crypto, networks, and distributed systems. As a recruiter here you will have the challenging and exciting task of taking the best from these cultures to shape how we work at Protocol Labs and ensure we all grow as people and professionals.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with internal and external network companies to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Compile detailed documents for companies including, research, talent mapping and competitor analysis
  • Identify, source, manage, nurture, and track candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, with a specific focus on Web3/Crypto
  • Run weekly syncs with all stakeholders to communicate progress and updates on live roles
  • Own the interview process from beginning to end, including candidate preparation, follow-ups, and reference checks
  • Handle the offer process and lead the charge for the candidate's transition and onboarding journey post-hire


Requirements:


  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive market
  • Experience sourcing candidates in Europe with a strong understanding of how to formulate strong and creative sourcing strategies in Europe
  • Experience supporting multiple clients with varying complex hiring needs (a mix of in-house and agency/RPO experience is preferred)
  • Stakeholder management skills and the ability to interface in a remote environment with internal stakeholders at Protocol Labs and other companies in our wider network
  • Extensive experience in creating recruitment strategies, including understanding how to source candidates within the Web3/Crypto space
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage top talent and convey complex ideas/projects
  • Proven track record of hiring for both technical and non-technical roles

The base pay for this position currently ranges from $157,000 to $218,000, plus cryptocurrency, equity, and opportunities for upside through performance rewards in cryptocurrency and equity. The base pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training, and education. We also have a great benefits package, including parental and other forms of leave, contributions to your retirement, and unlimited time off.
