KuCoin is a leading cryptocurrency exchange that aims to make it easier to buy, sell, and store cryptocurrencies. Our company provides Spot trading, Margin trading, P2P fiat trading, Futures trading, Staking, and Lending to millions of users globally. In order to cope with our expansion, we are now looking for high caliber candidates to join us as a Human Resources Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures;
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding;
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development;
• Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics, such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and conflict resolution;
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Skill & Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese & English, able to use Chinese and English as working language;
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
• Minimum two years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role;
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
