As the Finance Operations Coordinator, you'll be the mastermind behind our sales team's financial operations, driving efficiency and accuracy. Your skills will be critical to the success of our marketplace team, enabling us to better serve our customers and drive growth.

• At least 1 year experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Xero and or Monday.com systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

What You will work on:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and maintain up-to-date records of all financial activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any issues related to billing, payments, or collections.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Develop and maintain a system for tracking and reconciling all financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
