As Principal Product Manager for our Monetization Squad, you’ll play a mission critical role in owning LTV. Day-to-day you’ll:

• Lead our Monetization squad, including a designer and engineers, collectively owning your squad mission and making gains on your North-Star. By ‘own’, we really do mean ‘own’; we promote a MACRO-management culture to allow talented PMs to thrive and be truly impactful.
• You’ll be responsible for driving vision and strategy in your team, delivered through a prioritised roadmap, with an emphasis on taking big bets and iterating fast.
• You’ll be shipping A/B tests and new features at a high cadence; we’re extremely data-driven, so every decision is underpinned by rigorous testing and analysis.
• You’ll proactively bring new monetization opportunities to the table by keeping abreast of market trends, while also innovating new solutions to make Sweatcoin a trend-setter in mobile monetization.
• Your squad will have additional support from our brilliant User Research and Data Science teams, as well as any additional tools and resources you require to deliver meaningful impact.

You are:

Experienced in building and implementing mobile monetization strategies for mass market apps that seek to maximize revenue without leading to a detrimental user experience. This role will be our most entrepreneurial, so we’re looking for a candidate that excels in understanding of user behaviour and monetization strategies, while still having a brilliant sense of what resonates with our users!
