We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Integration Manager to join our team at Catalyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with various stakeholders, scoping out and managing crucial integrations, and driving the growth of our brand within the Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate is crypto-native, proactive, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a technical background is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage integrations and collaborations Rollups-as-a-Service (RaaS) teams
• Manage relationships with market makers and liquidity providers (LPs) to secure and maintain a strong liquidity position for the platform
• Scope out and manage an MEV integration with our application UI, ensuring optimal user experience and functionality
• Scope out module integration with Cosmos SDK, Rollkit, and other RaaS developer tooling to enhance our platform's compatibility and usability
• Scope out integration with next-generation wallets, such as AA relayers and MPC wallets, to ensure seamless and secure transactions for users
• Apply for ecosystem grants to fund the growth and development of the platform
• Build brand and rapport with other chains' ecosystems and core teams, promoting collaboration and fostering innovation within the Web3 space

Requirements

• Previous experience in the cryptocurrency industry is essential, with a strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts
• Proven track record in business development or partnerships within the tech or crypto space
• Proactive mindset and able to take the initiative to drive projects forward
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry
• Technical know-how, with an understanding of blockchain development tools and frameworks, as well as wallet technologies and protocols
