About The Role
The position entails enhancement of business processes across different teams using Six Sigma methodology. Having effective project management skills as well as high level of critical problem-solving ability and a strong sense of initiative is crucial for this role. As this position entails coordination and communication with multiple teams and will involve strategic problem solving and solutions implementation, it is evident that this will have a tremendous business impact and learning opportunities. As so, we are looking for someone who has a strong passion to learn and grow their potential.
General Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement of business processes and value creation flows
- Analyze and identify inefficiencies with current business processes and develop process enhancement strategies.
- Build standards for organizational performances
- Implement and create tools, processes and policies focusing on process improvement to maximize capabilities
- Provide Six Sigma coaching to people managers and stakeholders and instill Six Sigma culture in the organization
- Devise and lead the creation of the company’s strategic initiatives across business teams
- Coordinate with various departments across the company to execute projects and integrations in a timely and well organized manner that will ultimately grow the business by transforming internal process to deliver best-in-class services
- Understand PDAX operational processes and utilize these learnings in developing materials and processes to aid in the success of the team.

Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in process excellence, quality management, project management or related roles
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
- Experience in managing, coaching and leading team
- Experience in delivering multiple types of output and getting the job done
- Attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong change management skills. Innovative thinker.
- Able to learn fast and quickly adjust to new scenarios.
- Highly effective communicator. Good command of business English, oral and written communication.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Powerpoint / Word (Or Mac OS Counterparts).
