Job Responsibilities

• Set guidelines, examples, and editorial strategies for the tone of voice and style of all the content.
• Proofread and edit English content (UI/UX strings, operations materials, FAQs, and other documentations) before publication for the global audiences.
• Perform linguist testing/LQA on websites and apps and is responsible for the quality of English.
• Manage language assets, including style guide and glossary.
• Coordinate with product managers and design teams to deliver effective content strategies.

Job Requirements

• Native speaker in English. Excellent writing and editing skills. Experience as an English editor or UX writer is a plus.
• At least 3 years of tech and finance experience in creating and editing content with a strong mindset for user experience and design thinking.
• Good understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Experience in project management is a plus, with the ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus (not required).
