技术总监

岗位职责

• 负责Web3项目系统设计和开发工作，主导完成详细设计和编码任务，带领开发团队，确保项目的进度和质量；

• 参与核心代码的编写、测试和评审；

• 攻克高稳定性，业务模型复杂等带来的各种挑战及技术难关；

• 帮助团队建立C端工具组建库，沉淀技术能力；

• 向公司管理层和项目条线负责人汇报重要需求和项目的进展情况。

Job Requirements:

• 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历；

• 8年以上的互联网产品研发开发经验，具备管理10人及以上开发团队经验；具备C端大型互联网产品技术开发经验者优先；有前端开发或管理经验者优先；

• 参与一线开发场景，热爱编程，精通Go开发语言优先；

• 具有良好的沟通能力和领导能力，统筹技术架构，合理调配开发资源；

• 理解敏捷开发流程并有实践经验；

• 富有团队精神和敬业精神，能够承受较强的工作压力；

• 对区块链有浓厚兴趣者优先。
