Foresight News 消息，Arbitrum 近日宣布推出 Layer Leap 服务，使用户能够跳过 L2 一键将资金直接从以太坊 L1 桥接到 L3 Orbit 链，Proof of Play 和 RARI Chain 为首批采用 Layer Leap 的应用。
