• AI Agent Engineer

We are seeking skilled AI Agent Engineers to design and develop cutting-edge AI agents that enhance user interactions within our DeFi ecosystem. You’ll harness LLMs, and frameworks like AutoGen and CrewAI to build autonomous agents that interpret user intent, analyze market trends, and execute on-chain strategies. While basic blockchain knowledge is helpful, your primary focus will be on creating robust AI systems that integrate with our DeFi platform, collaborating with our blockchain engineers to bring DeFAI to life.

岗位职责

• Develop AI Agents: Design and implement autonomous AI agents using LLMs and machine learning to perform on-chain actions (e.g., token transfers, swaps, yield optimization) based on user inputs and market conditions.
• LLM Integration: Leverage LLMs (e.g., Grok, GPT-based models) with tools like AutoGen to enable natural language processing, allowing agents to handle on-chain action and multi-step dialogues.
• Agent Collaboration: Use frameworks like CrewAI to create multi-agent systems that coordinate tasks (e.g., one agent analyzes trends while another executes swaps).
• Data Pipeline Development: Construct pipelines to preprocess and feed AI agents with real-time data, including on-chain metrics (via APIs like The Graph) and off-chain sources (e.g., price feeds, KOL tweets, medium news).
• Agent Optimization: Enhance agent capabilities with techniques like RAG, LLM fine-tuning, or memory persistence for contextual awareness.
• Collaboration: Work with blockchain engineers to integrate AI agents with DeFi protocols (e.g., Perp, Spot, Loan) and smart contracts, ensuring seamless on-chain execution.
• Research and Innovation: Explore cutting-edge AI tools (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI) and DeFAI trends to advance agent functionality.

岗位要求

Experience:

• 3+ years in software engineering, with experience focusing on AI, LLMs, or machine learning development.
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and API integration (e.g., xAI, OpenAI).
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks like AutoGen or CrewAI for building autonomous or multi-agent systems.
• Experience with data pipelines and processing large datasets (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, or cloud tools like AWS/GCP).
• Basic understanding of blockchain/DeFi concepts (e.g., wallets, transactions) and Web3 libraries (e.g., Web3.py, ethers.js).
• Programming Languages:Python (primary), with JavaScript/TypeScript as a plus.
• Passion:Enthusiasm for AI, LLMs, and their application in DeFi/Web3 innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoGen for LLM-driven agent development or CrewAI for multi-agent coordination.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols (e.g., Uniswap, Curve) and on-chain data tools (e.g., The Graph, Chainlink).
• Contributions to open-source AI or DeFi projects (e.g., GitHub repos).
• Knowledge of RAG frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) or agent ecosystems like Autonolas.
