To align with the future development trends of the industry and build a more professional team, we completed the spin-off of non-investment business units on February 1, 2024. By March 2025, we formally consolidated Cabin VC along with other node infrastructure business entities into our Hong Kong-based operating entity, ODIG (Open Digital Innovation Group), and decided to retire the Cabin VC brand.
