岗位职责：

1、针对海外棋牌市场进行调研，分析用户行为和游戏习惯、整理并制作完整游戏策划案；

2、对标竞品，总结体验优化点，挖掘玩家痛点，完成产品界面、功能、流程设计；

3、分析数据，得出结论，持续优化产品；

4、撰写需求文档，跟踪需求完成情况，推进产品研发进度；

任职要求：

1、有 2 年以上德扑游戏策划经验，有海外上线项目经验，有产品开发到投放全流程经验优先；

2、了解棋牌扑克玩法，有 Web2 德扑项目经验优先（比如 wepoker，Wsop 等）；

3、沟通协调能力、逻辑思维强，撰写清晰的方案。具有较好的合作精神；

4、对海外棋牌游戏行业发展动态和趋势保持敏感；

5、能熟练使用思维导图等产品工具，具备独立撰写产品文档的能力。

6、能够用英文沟通交流，适应美国工作时差

职位描述

1. 负责核心交易系统架构，API 设计和实现以及外部接口的调研和接入；

2. 和产品团队及其他团队紧密配合，确保工作按计划进行；

3. 保障系统的高性能，高可用；

4. 出色的沟通能力，团队合作精神；

职位要求

1. 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，6 年以上 Java 开发经验

2. Java 基本功扎实，对于多线程，锁，JVM 都有深刻理解；

3. 精通 SpringCloud 开发框架，精通分布式系统开发；

4. 熟悉 MySQL，对数据库事务，锁，索引有深刻的理解，能够优化 SQL，独立设计库表；

5. 深入理解 Redis 等常见的分布式缓存中间件，深入理解 MQ 的原理；

6. 熟练使用 ELK，能够通过 ELK 定位系统问题，熟悉监控系统，能够通过监控分析系统的改进点；

职责 Responsibilities ：

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales people

要求 Requirements and skills ：

Proven working experience as a business development manager or in a relevant role

Experience in customer support or any sales experience is a plus

Multi-language is a plus

Market knowledge

Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills

Responsibilities

- Independently responsible for the entire Grant/Hackathon operation process, including: setting cooperation details with partners, writing relevant documents and event introductions, following up project progress, collecting post-event user feedback, etc., and coordinating resources of all parties to ensure that the project achieves the expected goals

- Maintain communication with users, understand user needs in a timely manner, and answer user questions

Qualifications

- More than 1 year  related working experience

- Spanish native and fluent in spoken and written English or Mandarin

- Experience in event or product operation, and ability to multitask with great time management skills

- Highly self-motivated with business ownership sense to achieve purpose in collaboration with teams

- Science and engineering background is a plus
